Shipping Coverage

We provide shipping services to most locations nationwide through reputable carriers such as VNPT, Viettel, and other trusted delivery partners.

Before delivery, customers are required to pay the full order value. If goods are sent via passenger coach service, the bus operator must pay the full order value before receiving the goods. Customers are encouraged to request the bus operator to carefully inspect the product before accepting it.

Shipping Cost & Delivery Time

2.1 Shipping Fee

Shipping fees depend on the delivery location and are calculated based on the pricing of our partnered logistics providers.

2.2 Delivery Time

Delivery time typically ranges from 2–3 days, depending on geographic distance.

In case of unexpected delays in product delivery or warranty/maintenance services, our Customer Support team will attempt to contact and notify the customer at least 24 hours in advance.

Responsibility of the Shipping Unit

The shipping service is responsible for the goods and any risks — such as loss or damage — during transportation until the product is handed over to the customer.

Customers are responsible for checking goods upon receipt. If the product is damaged, scratched, cracked, dented, or incorrect compared to the order, customers must document the condition with the delivery staff and notify us immediately.

After customers sign the delivery confirmation without notes or feedback, the order is considered complete and accepted. We will not be responsible for later exchange/return requests due to damage, dents, scratches, or incorrect products.

If the customer selects their own shipping service or asks acquaintances to receive goods, the customer assumes full responsibility for all risks — including loss or damage — during transportation, and will cover all related fees.

Documentation Responsibility

Allasiaconnect.com ensures that each parcel includes a sales invoice and relevant documents proving legal product distribution. Delivery staff may present these documents as proof of product origin if requested by authorized authorities during transit.
