Inspection Policy / Product Checking Policy

To maximize customers’ rights when shopping on the website Allasiaconnect.com, we provide a policy that allows customers to inspect and verify the product together with the delivery staff at the time of receipt. This means that when you receive the package from the delivery employee, you are allowed to open it to visually inspect the product before payment.

Notes

• Check whether the product matches your order: quantity, model, description, and whether there is any breakage, cracks, or dents during transportation. Inspection may include checking the product seal, anti-counterfeit label, and comparing the product with the purchase invoice. Product testing/use is not allowed.
• If someone else receives the order on your behalf, they must also inspect the product carefully before accepting it.
• If the delivery staff asks you to sign a co-inspection confirmation (confirming that you have checked and received the product in full), please exercise all inspection rights under the Allasiaconnect.com policy before signing.
• If during co-inspection you find that the product is incorrect or shows signs of damage, you have the right to refuse the order.
