At Allasiaconnect.com, the customer experience is our top priority. All products undergo a quality inspection before packaging to ensure 100% satisfaction for our customers. However, we understand that occasional oversights may occur.
We want every customer to love products from Allasiaconnect.com and enjoy the best shopping experience. If you receive a product and feel that it does not meet your expectations or you are not satisfied (applicable only when the product has not been used, is not dirty or scratched, includes the full box and accessories, any accompanying gifts, and is within 03 days from the delivery date), the company is willing to refund the full purchase amount.

Return Process
The return and refund policy of Allasiaconnect.com is valid for 03 days. If more than 03 days have passed since the date of purchase, Allasiaconnect.com cannot provide a refund.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To exchange or return a product, the customer must notify the Allasiaconnect.com support team by calling 0902 971 279, providing:
- Reason for return/exchange
- Correct address
- Contact phone number
This helps us process your request quickly. We may request proof of purchase (photos or videos taken when unboxing the product) for verification.
For valid requests (where the customer provides sufficient proof of purchase from Allasiaconnect.com and reports within the policy window), we will support the replacement with a new product.
Exchange Policy
All costs incurred during the exchange process will be fully covered by the company.
Important Notes When Returning Items
Conditions for Product Return / Exchange
- The product must not be used and must remain intact with original labels, components, and specifications (except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during shipping).
- The customer must still have proof of purchase from Allasiaconnect.com.
- The product must include all accessories, such as protective box, storage bag, brand tag, etc., and any accompanying gifts (if applicable).
Notes:
- To return the product, customers should send the full product along with all accessories and gifts exactly as received.
- Depending on the location, return and exchange processing time may vary.
Refund Policy
If the customer requests a refund, Allasiaconnect.com will process the request within 48 working hours from the time we receive a legitimate returned item. Refunds are made via bank transfer.
After the returned item has been received and inspected, Allasiaconnect.com will send a notification via SMS or email confirming receipt of the returned goods and informing whether the refund request is approved or denied.
If the refund request is approved, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 3–7 working days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If the customer has not received the refund:
- First, please check your bank account again.
- If the refund is still not received, please contact Allasiaconnect.com directly at cass@allasiaconnect.com for immediate assistance.
